"This surgery is very inconsistent with what they're doing in regard to appointment. I've been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor for the past 6 weeks. I was told that i need to go back to the following week and even today there's no appointment available even though i was told last week that the appointment would be opened for this week.
Surprise surprise when my phone got through only after 8. There's no appointment left for this week.
It's incompetent and disappointing. I don't think that the staffs have sympathy to sick persons and only being trained to what they have to say instead of giving and understanding the whole situation.
If the surgery cant improve the service or care, why still taking patients? It's heartbreaking to see reviews about this GP and I suppose this has been going on for many years.
Register at other surgery might give you better chance to be seen by GP than being taken at this surgery as their registered patient and leave you with no appointment."
