"Called the GP numerous times in the morning at 8am and they are always busy and when you do get through they are completely booked up, have had a appointment booked to see my doctor I was surprised that the nurse was sitting there, incompetence is putting it nicely, she has no respect and finds my symptoms amusing and I felt very uncomfortable having to see her again as this is the case most the time. I have had to wait months to have checks and tests rebooked as she kept booking incorrect booking for my needs all while giving me just paracetamol to dal with my pain in the meantime. Looking into having my GP also transferred now as I'm disgusted how so many of my family and friends have the same expirence hear and have all transferred GP as this place becomes a sinking ship, there concerns and complaints are never looked into and I'm not sure mine will either. Would I recommend this GP?? I would recommend patients to look at transferring GPs is all I can say to that, it's quick and easy and your needs will be heard and delt with by expirenced and professional staff."
