"During an unexpected and extremely difficult period in my life, when for the first time I have needed access to GP Services, I can only praise Northbourne Medical Centre for providing me with the urgent access to my GP.
The receptionists were professional at all times, whilst offering the compassion and understanding needed in my circumstances. Often going over and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed.
My doctor has been amazing throughout, providing a constant back-up service, available whenever my situation required either an appointment or call. Calling me regularly with such care and compassion. Her knowledgeable referral to resources for additional support were excellent and her constant reassurance inspirational.
Working in a service that is only ever seen as failing with so much negative media coverage surrounding GP Surgeries and particularly the 'Role' of Receptionists, I wanted to say thank you for all the amazing work you do on a daily basis and especially for the care and compassion I received during my recent illness."
