"This is the worst surgery I have ever been to! It just keeps getting worse and worse.
You are unable to book an appointment, you have to phone and wait 10-20 minutes for a receptionist to answer who are usually quite rude, you then have to give them the reason you need an appointment and then sit by the phone waiting for a doctor to phone you back who will decide if he/ she thinks you need to be seen. It is a complete waste of everyoneâs time! I have never been to a surgery where I could not book an appointment.
The staff here are rude, unhelpful and management only care about costs and not about patients at all."
