"I have had lots of interaction with this GP surgery since moving into the area a few years ago. All tests and investigations have been carried out in a caring and timely manner. Not only did I get a timely referral to Frimley Park, I even left my GP appointment with my clinic appointment date and time. Now thatâs is gold service!!!
The receptionists are always lovely and willing to help. Many times Iâve phoned for a routine appointment and they have always been within the next week, possibly 2 weeks but Iâm always happy to wait for a routine appointment. However when I have needed an urgent appointment, the receptionists are always approachable and have been able to offer me an appointment on the same day due to a cancellation, even when calling at 3:30pm!
The nurses are always very knowledgeable and caring with a good sense of humour, which can make appointments so much more personal and less embarrassing.
The GPs, although I imagine they are under huge amount of stress (as I am sure is the rest of the surgery), they have never made me feel rushed and many times offered me a tissue and a listening ear. I often see different GPs due to the size of the surgery, however I am more than happy to do this and have never felt that they did not know my medical history or care any less.
You are all such a huge credit to the NHS!!!
