"After being a patient at this surgery for nearly 20 years i am looking to go elsewhere, i am not adverse to change and understand this ,but in the last couple of years the various "systems" have proved to be frustrating and non effective, i cant even be bothered to detail my last rather dissatisfying to be polite interactions i have had at this surgery. I am told when i voice my concerns etc i am told that there are too many patients and not enough doctors, what exactly is the job ofthe practice manager ???? Also is this the patients fault that the surgery is still taking on even more patients when it cant currently deal with its current patients??? So for anyone moving to the area or considering changing to this surgery i would only say " do so if u can wait possibly 4 weeks for an appointment or look elsewhere""
