"My daughter is a patient with your surgery, she has been, we feel not treated with dignity, or helpful care, she has been diagnosed with a serious illness, cancer related, her own doctor now has been helpful, if she has seen other mainly female doctors they have been less than helpful, one she has just seen, a young doctor leaned on the desk and was fiddling about with her own hair, and said to my young daughter, Have you no money, my daughter was asking for mouth ulcer treatment. She is having Cancer treatment for goodness sake, We will be writing a letter of complaint to the Manager at your surgery, when my daughter is more stable. I'm sure your surgery is very busy, but little more respect would help from doctors, an old phrase I know but bedside manner would help. Regards a very worried Mother."
