"I just received a call from the reception leader/manager. Her attitude was nothing short of disgusting. She spoke to me like somehow she is above me. When I pointed it out to her and said I would be making a complaint about how I was spoken to she said 'Well I shall also put a jot on your file about yours. I replied my apologi3s are we back in the playground now? You have a level of service to offer and to be spoken to with that attitude is not acceptable she continued to argue back so when I said I would make a formal complaint she said we'll go on then and laughed. These are the people they have dealing frontline with their customers and it's a joke. Also furthermore I was asked to pick up a sample pot and was given the wrong one but not informed. I only found out when I called a week later to see what my results were that they said woopse we have you the wrong one can you come in again. That's 4 times now I've been in. I has some important tests done over 2 weeks ago and still have not been contacted with the results. The level of service is appalling. I will be leaving the surgery. No way am I playing playground tactics with a receptionist"
