"On friday 8th march i went down to the doctors about getting my son milk as told by the hosptial that i needed to i spoke to someone in the phamcey and she told me that i needed to take it to the receptionist and they would pass his prescription to a GP so they could stamp it and the phamcey could order it in for him and when i spoke to her she told me very rudley that they did not supply the milk there and started rasing her voice at me while i had my 7month old son with me and didnt give me a chance to explaine that i was told by the hospital that i had to take it there. That was not the first time id been down there about it. i feel she has no manners and that if she listend to what i was trying to tell her she would have known she had to of passed it on to the GP. Im not happy with the way i was spoken to she was very out of oder and she needs to learn how to talk to people and if she cant then maybe she needs to not be doing that job or go on a customer service training course. Never had any promlem with the doctors downs there very lovely its just the receptionists."
