"When I requested a replete prescription, I received a phone call from a secretary. She told me the doctor needed to speak to me before he could prescribe the medication, and would phone me the following day. When he rang he asked me what I wanted, I had to remind him he want to speak to me. I had to wait while he got my records on his computer. Then he got details of my medication wrong. I had to correct him. It's not the first time this has happened. .I try not to go to see a doctor unless I feel I have no option."
