"I have been using this practice for several years and I hate going there simply because the reception staff are so rude and unhelpful.
There're rarely any suitable appointments.
The reception staff insist on knowing why you want to see the Doctor which I find to be very intrusive and unnecessary.
The practise will assign you with a Doctor without your knowledge and then only allow you to make appointments with that Doctor, meaning that if a Doctor is unavailable you can't book with another Doctor unless you fill out a form to request a change of Doctor.
To summarise, the Doctors are all pretty good, some better than others but overall a good service by the Doctors however the reception staff should not be reception staff, they are incredibly rude and uncooperative, they expect you to know how the practice works and become very impatient if you don't understand things. Their demeanour is unapproachable and they spend all their time in the back room only leaving to serve you then return, they don't smile, they talk down to you, just unacceptable for the face of the surgery."
