"I have to sit at two phones ringing the surgery from 8am. Last time it took me 80 minutes to get through after constant dialling, to be told there is no available appointment for that day. I was put through a physiotherapist who accessed my plchronic problem via the telephone, gave me a disgjodis(??) and told me he was going to send me a self-referral form to my email. Five days later I still havenât got the self referral form. I also sent an email to the manager telling of my situation and complaining about the lack of appointments and booking system. I havenât received a reply yet. It is obviously the NHS is hell bent on killing or maiming more patients ( via its experimental covid vaccine) as well as by not give treatment."
