"I'm at a loss - messages are left for me to call back, but the 0300 number goes to a call centre and will not let me speak with specific surgery staff - despite being left messages to call back!
This is following having filled out a form on 20th July requesting records - managed to speak with the manager once who wasn't aware of my having completed the form whilst in the surgery - despite being called specifically about the request/form submitted.
This is also following never ending problems trying to get appts at this surgery - you can only get GP appts months in advance or call at 8am and get through if you're lucky - if you're not en route to work at this time.
