"As I look back on my personal experience with The Spinney Surgery over the last seven years it has been of the highest standard and very hard to find any fault. It would be wrong of me to single out any specific doctor as everyone I have been treated by has been superb. The care that I have received has been appropriate, thorough, understanding, kind, sympathetic and above all every doctor has been exceptionally generous with their time.
Although I could give plenty of examples of my interaction with the doctors, three specific occasions come to mind.
1. When I had shingles at the end of 2016, I thought the immediate diagnosis was quickly and accurately identified, with immediate action being taken to start the treatment. The risks were clearly explained and the follow up was exceptionally thorough.
2. When I fainted back in October 2017, the doctorâs determination to make sure that the cause was thoroughly investigated could not be faulted and when I went back to see the doctor recently with a related concern the reassurance I received was just what I needed and not once did I get the impression that I was wasting the doctors time.
3. When my father passed away, I was very pleasantly surprised by the very caring phone call I received one evening, especially when I was asked if I was alright."
