"The only downside I have is that it's near impossible to get through to reception via phone call. The silver lining to this is that you can do an online consultation but obviously this isn't so good when you need an emergency appointment. It would be so much easier if I could book appointments in advance due to being a full time student and working night shifts.
On a lighter note, when I was very poorly the Doctor was more than happy to come to my house to take blood samples etc and when the results arrived I needed to be admitted into hospital. I will always be grateful for him coming out to see me when others probably wouldn't due to me being young and assuming I was fit enough to do so. Thank you"
