I am writing to give a rundown of my recent treatment in your Surgery.
I have had a busy nine days in which;
⢠I was given a short-notice appointment by a Receptionist who listened to my symptoms and concerns.
⢠I immediately saw a GP, followed by three more appointments, between two Doctors, who showed nothing but care, commitment and professionalism.
⢠I have given blood samples twice, which were analysed, and results reported on the same day.
⢠I was given a possible diagnosis, followed by a provisional diagnosis, and then a firm diagnosis.
⢠Medicine was prescribed and supplied, which seems to be helpful.
⢠I have driven some 64 miles (Broughton/Stockbridge, Broughton/Andover).
So you find me a satisfied customer/client/patient. I would be happy if you felt a need to use this little tale, which I am sure is pretty routine in your experience, if it would help counter some of the NHS grumbling one hears of.
