"Hello
I called on 08/02/2019 for appointment at 08:01am I got screenshot for proof . They phone was in que and I wait for 25min the Gp is not far from my home my call was in que and I went to the Gp while my phone was in que when I went to reception one receptionist was Talking to patient and the other receptionist was sorting her files and the phone was ringing I wait there for 5 min but non on them answer the call on 25th min she pickup the call and refuse to give me appointment she said no appointments available itâs full now
And itâs second time it happened and if you see the reviews of this Gp you can find out but no one took any action yet
I hope you will take serious action

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Peter Kipgen

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Catherine Tuson

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
