"Being a driver and also rarely in areas where I can use a phone let alone stop and wait for a phone call, I can no longer make appointments, it was so useful being able to book online and this should of been the future, but now we go backwards and have to phone the surgery and then wait for a phone call back, this is absolutely ridiculous and now means I can not make appointments for blood tests and diabetes blood tests.
Doctors and receptionists have always been great and helpful, but unfortunately we are now back in the dark ages."
