On contacting the surgery to get my meds put back on repeat prescription, this was done with admirable speed and efficiency, and I received a text within an hour to confirm. I later needed to ask something further about the same subject and it was sorted in minutes - my meds were already ordered and waiting for me! How good is that?
But this is what I've come to expect of the practice now.
Whatever contact I have, I am always left with a warm glow at the way I'm treated. The staff are caring, helpful and professional, and I must make special mention of the ladies in the dispensary. They are ever cheerful, and it's nice to be on first name terms with them.
I compare this with the experiences of relatives at other practices - even more reason why I think ours is 'exceptional'."
