"Very unhelpful receptionist when I rang on Monday 7th January after 15.15 pm asking for information regarding a repeat prescription, I informed that a letter had been faxed from the RVI, she said no it hasn't I can't see anything so you can't have it, cut me off, didn't really listen to the end of my conversation when I was trying to explain. I said I don't like your attitude, she still carried on and said, I haven't got an attitude you can speak to someone else if you want, again really sharply!!! I tried to tell her the RVI had send a letter x 3 times to them now but she wasn't having it and didn''t go off the phone to check, put all the blame on the RVI
I just thought how unprofessional I then obviously started to get irate myself which I never do, I apologised and said I'm sorry I just want this sorted and it is frustrating when I have literally just came off the phone to the RVI and they have said they sent this morning again. However I got no apology back at all, absolutely awful customer service, just said we haven't got it so I can't do anything. I interrupted her and said I will have to make a doctors appt she said "that is not going to make a difference getting a doctors appt", I said I would like to see my doctor, are you refusing to give me an appt?? she said, no I can give you one but they still won't give you it. I was flabbergasted and will tell everyone who she is and the pathetic attitude she has, a good course in manners and customer services might help her in the future but I doubt it!!!!"
