"I have be a patient at Tamar Medical Centre for over 30 years and I can honestly say that the standard of care is exceptional. I am always able to get an appointment on the same day when I call early in the morning and, if it is urgent, the very friendly and helpful Receptionist will try to accommodate me or my children. Every doctor shows compassion and understanding and has a great knowledge that allows patients to feel reassured. The surgery manager is fantastic and clearly has an excellent working knowledge of every patient on the books.
My daughter has been poorly over the last 10 days and, on every visit to the surgery, we have been made to feel like nothing is too much trouble and that her health is the only important issue in that moment. All of the staff are very sensitive to the needs of all of the patients and provide a fantastic service whether you are an adult or a child.
I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the service provided at Tamar Medical Centre - I would recommend the surgery to anybody."
