"I and my family have been patients of this practice since I was a teenager , back in the day when the founder was around .
I feel that the reception team , who in my opinion,holds the fort of the practice . I am compelled to sing their praises for there kindness, patience and understanding they give to us as patients.
Over the years I I have got to know many receptionists over the past years in particularly two ladies whom have been so helpful , kind and most of all spend time to talk to me even though itâs a super busy practice . Over the past months I have dealt with another lady. She has been so understanding and always will to go the extra mile to help me with my queries when I call and after my appointments. She goes out of her way to call me to keep me updated with my care at the practice.
Overall all of the reception team are such a genuine team . Obviously the doctors are great . I feel reassured and satisfied with the treatment offered by all of the doctors .
Once you join this practice , you wonât want to leave !"
