"With places like this it's no wonder people end up in A+E. Getting an appointment its very hard, especially if you actually work. Receptionists obviously very used to just saying no appointments available to be booked and have no sympathy for it. Whole practice seems very laid back at best. Was called in 15 mins late for a 9am appointment while everyone seemed to be standing round for a cuppa and a natter.
GP's seem average at best, don't seem very interested but no serious concern either.
Bigger issue is back office staff continually making mistakes. Lost count of how many hospital appointments I've have incorrectly booked. Either for wrong hospital or wrong procedure, unbelievable this is allowed to happen.
Thankfully they are finally on EPS and getting prescriptions here also very difficult and often out of stock, far easier to use a pharmacy or supermarket.
If you have a choice, go somewhere else."
