"This place was a joke from the start. The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful when I registered I had to ask for the practice manager.
It takes three weeks to book an appointment. I called and was told only one day was available and I was due to be post night shift I couldn't take the appointment. Their solution was to tell me to call back in a fees days as the drs hadn't done the rota yet.
They have sent my prescription to wolvey surgery three times now even though I've asked them not to. I'm currently sitting in my car waiting for NHS direct to call be back so that I don't have to go all weekend without my medication."
