"Tonight I have tried to make an appt via Patient Access.
No chance...all I get is a screen message stating "There are no appointments available"
This isnt the first time.
This practice does not subscribe to message service (others do)
So I either have to try and ring at 0800 tomorrow, another miracle required there, or go to the surgery.
I had an operation on 18th Feb, why is it impossible for this surgery to provide a professional service.
Is it possible through this site to arrange to meet the practice manager or someone that I can discuss my concerns.
