"This is in my view is a very poor surgery. I have had medication changed so much that it has had a massive impact on my health in a very negative way.
On joining this practice. Medication was cut straight away and time and time again it was stopped. I find the behaviour of some of the doctors very cruel and unwarranted. It is I am sure a lot to do with saving money.
I have never been part of the decision making process. My views don't count. Decisions have been taking without any involvement by me. Most recently my medication was suspended for a month. WHY??
My experience has left me feeling on the edge of suicidal or self harm. I have been told by receptionist staff that I am only allowed to see male doctors which is completely absurd.
Messages from the 111 service sent to the surgery were ignored. I was promised telephone calls from the doctors but they never came.
Make your own decision about which surgery you decide to go to, but please believe me your health matters so think very carefully about considering this one."
