"Since being diagnosed with diabetes in august 2017 I was referred by the Dr to see the nurse to get readings. Since this initial consultation I have had no contact. I have had to chase up my follow up appointment as I found out from the excellent Dotti service I should of had my bloods redone 6-8 weeks after diagnosis to check the medication was correct. I was offered an appointment, had my bloods taken but since this appointment I have not been contacted with a update, I have even phoned to try and obtain my results to be told the nurse would callback. That was three weeks ago and still no call from the Drs, so I still don't know if my medication is correct, if I'm taking too much or to little. This is a disgusting situation and I should not have to keep chasing my results about my health. I'm currently looking for a new surgery. It was never as bad as this when the previous doctor was in charge."
