"I have been registered here for some years and have only had one displeasing experience (not relevant here). Today, when asking for advice for both my son and myself, everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful.
First, the receptionist asked a lot of knowledgable questions, and gave me an appointment for my son immediately for the same morning. Then the nurse rang back promptly for me and also asked a lot of knowledgable questions.
We were initially given appointment times 45 minutes apart (which I was pleased with) but when we arrived it was arranged so that both my son and myself could be seen by the same doctor consecutively, who was very helpful and courteous and great with my young son.
We didn't have to wait, and we were finished much earlier than expected. I appreciate it won't always be possible to adjust appointment times like this, but I was very grateful that it could be done this time.
Though I have dropped a star for availability and getting through, this is perfectly understandable as they are usually busy, and the one displeasing experience I had has been a one off. I would recommend without hesitation."
