I said doctor and wanted an evening appointment for the following Monday which I specified was told the latest was 3.50 when I asked do you not do evening appointments that day was told we do but we are fully booked,
Glenfield use to do two evening appointment days which was handy for people who worked full time and could not get time off of work.
with it being fully booked over a week away that evening it shows that there needs to be a second evening appointment in place again,as the surgery does not open Saturday morning as it did do years ago.
the receptionist was very unhelpful, when I rang again another receptionist answered and went out of her way to get a time I needed"
