Some of the receptionists are less than polite even putting the phone down on you or giving the glib response, "if you don't like it go elsewhere!"
On several occasions we have asked to speak with the practice manager but she is never available.
Not quite the service that one expects.
In the main the doctors are very good and helpful if only you can get to see them"
