booking an appointment online from 8am was easy and quick to do 12 months ago but now only telephone consultations or weeks in advance appointments are available on line.
service has gone downhill - appreciate there are more people now living in the area with all the houses being built, but a patient should be able to get an appointment with a doctor at their local surgery when they want one, on the day they want it, some ailments are not for the A&E department at the hospital but for the local GP."
