"This surgery is impossible to ever get an appointment with. I've waited months, I genuinely needed to see a doctor and couldn't. I've waited and waited, rang in the mornings, tried everything.
I'm so tired of seeing the coffee morning club in the waiting room on the VERY rare times I ever had an appointment. It isn't fair to those of us who only call a doctor when absolutely necessary to then be told there are no appointments.
My last visit was a year ago. I've been unable to get an appointment in this time. I've no real options and it's an awful feeling."
