"Something doesn't make a lot of sense with this surgery. It's almost like they are padding the books. To get an appointment usually is a great amount of time in the future. When you get to the surgery it is always empty and I cant really see the relation between lead time to appointment vs amount of patients in the reception.
The surgery makes everything extremely difficult and each visit is in my experience a waste of time.
The doctors are locums and there does not seem to be an actual resident doctor.
The receptionist is extremely rude and is quick to bite when simple polite questions are asked.
The nurse is worth 10 of the doctors there. She is really the only reason I am sure anyone gets any decent care at the place.
I am looking for a new surgery as the cost of my time lost is at magnitude due to going for appointments and being stared at shruggingly by locum doctors who seem to make things up as they go along. It's frustrating to say the least"
