"Firstly, you have better chances at winning the lottery than getting an appointment over the phone. All the times that I have called, they do not pick up and then when they eventually do, they have no appointments left for the day. Then they have the audacity to tell you very rudely to call back the next day. Therefore, you have no choice but to actually go in yourself at 7:45 am and wait for the reception to open in order to make an appointment. It's absurd that in this day and age we have to physically go into the Practice and book appointments.

When the Doctor finally saw me, she told me everything that I read on google before coming to her. She prescribed a few things and told me to come back if they didn't work. The appointment lasted about a minute and was not informative at all. A few weeks later I had to come back because, believe it or not, the medicines she gave did not work... Another doctor saw me and he was a bit more informative and told me to book a blood test. So after my appointment I did just that and they gave me an appointment 2 weeks later.
2 weeks later I came in for my blood test and sat in the nurses office. She had no clue why I was in and had none of my information up on her computer. So for about 5 minutes she was looking for my files. This level of disorganisation shocked me, surely she should have prepared before seeing me. Then after she asked me if I know which blood she needs to test. I was speechless. I did not know what to say, a nurse was asking her patient if they knew which blood to test. I obviously had no clue, so she said that I have to come back the next day as she needs to ask and confirm with a doctor.
The next day I came back to see her at 4 pm after uni. I was running late so I literally ran to the practice. I got in and she told me that she didn't ask the doctor and so just sent me off again. At the end I never got to do a blood test. This practice is a complete waste of your time.

That's one huge problem. Now for the next.

I had to go to the doctors due to a problem that needed medical attention. Many people told me they had the same problem and had a treatment for it .
Again, I had to go in at 8 am and wait in line for half an hour. I wanted a doctor but instead they gave me a nurse. Whilst I was waiting in the queue, I witnessed something disappointing. An old man, who wasn't very fluent in English, was trying to make an appointment. The receptionist asked what his reason was to see a doctor. He didn't really understand so didn't know how to respond. Then, the receptionist started raising her voice at him and kept repeating it in a loud voice. I would never have imagined someone speaking to a patient like this.
I got my appointment and it lasted 30 seconds until the nurse dismissed me. She said that there were no treatment for it and it may last 6 weeks. How can it last for 6 weeks and have 'no treatment'? Ridiculous. I went to the Pharmacy and guess what, they knew exactly what to give me!"
