"This practice has been our family GP surgery for 30 years - We were patients at their previous location in Carlton Towers. During that time we have seen many new staff but always we have been treated with courtesy dignity and respect. Our family members between us have a variety of complex health issues and although sometimes here have been occasions when it has been difficult to get an appointment the staff here have always gone that extra bit further to ensure the needs of their patients are fully supported. There have been a few occasions when things have spiralled out of our control health wise and the staff there have always been there for us the doctors and the nurses are absolutely brilliant the times when we are sad are usually when one of the team leave after all we have come to know them really well but this is a teaching practice so it is only to be expected. On the flip side however it is reassuring to know that there is a continual learning and taking on board of changes to patient care which ultimately benefits staff and patients."
