"Went for a appointment, doctor diagnosed condition without tests which was different to dentists opinion. Gp advised to buy the medicine over the counter. Got to the pharmacy and pharmacist started that this medication isn't available without a prescription. What kind of GP doesn't know these details.
Most of the time during the appointment of 10 minutes the gp was typing and didn't even want a hear what i thought about the diagnosis and didn't want to talk about a hospital referral we are awaiting. Also this issue happened several years ago but the GP didn't want to check the records and check the previous diagnosis. Terrible service."
