"I allow an hour waiting time when visiting them and itâs still not enough. I have a young baby which makes this delay even more inconveniencing.
Most recently there was a queue at reception due to the automatic check in system not working. The receptionist was so slow that even though I was second in line and on time, by the time my turn came it was 10 mins late and I was told that I would lose my appointment. I did explain the queueing time and had to wait another hour for them to see me as a courtesy!
The nurses are very polite but reception is usually dismissive. They forget to email to cancel appointments."
