"The staff at the surgery have been excellent regarding the support of my severely disabled son. He is able to always have the same Dr that I have asked for and hence he has consistancy of support which is essential when dealing with conditions such as epilepsy.
There have been routines tests such as eye tests that I have wanted for him but which have at first appeared difficult. His Dr has spent much time researching and making contact with other professionals so that this could take place. Recently he needed to have a urine sample taken for a routine health assessment with the nurse. Obtaining this was a problem but a staff member on reception has worked with us very conscientiously to obtain a solution. The surgery is also excellent for allowing me to have telephone appointments for him rather than needing to take him into the surgery. I feel very much that I am treated with respect by all staff and that staff work really hard to take my wishes for my son into account. I would strongly recommend this surgery for anyone who is supporting a person with the most complex needs."
