"They say they answer the phone within 5 minutes but i was waiting an hour and then told no appointments. You can book appointmentdms via Internet but never sny on there.
The receptionist make there own decision if your ill enough for what time your appointment is and if you see a doctor or advanced nurse.
I was told by a receptionist i had cold and flu so could see a nurse. Was then rushed to amu with suspected sepsis.
I queued outside at 8.15 with 20 others infront of me to get an appointment only to be told none left.
If i could go elsewhere i would. Terrible"
