"Approximately 4 years ago I registered here, although warned by reception that it was difficult to get an appt, it was fine. The reception staff were lovely, I used to always get an appt with one particular GP who in my opinion was the best, caring GP. But after a couple of years, it became difficult to get an appt, I never know who I speak to upon reception but when I do sometimes I get someone who is keen to help, and sometimes I get someone who just sounds a little patronising and I feel I get rushed on the phonecall. Understandably they probably get angry patients ringing up but they need to speak nicely when someone shows the same respect. 80% of the time I end up going to the pharmacy or walk in centre due to the appt availability, even the online system stopped booking appts. Since the merge with Charnwood, appts were impossible to get. Even if you call 8am on the dot you would end up 25th in the queue. Due to one incident in our lives I had to leave and now registering with a different surgery. If I could rate 0 stars I would."
