"My son is registered with this practice and I can honestly say they are wonderful, extremely helpful and will actually put themselves out for you. My son has mental health problems and even though I am not registered with this practice they are always offering me support and advice. My son can be very difficult at times and I always tell him if it was my Doctors practice he would have been thrown out I am sure they are firm and incredibly fair .The Doctors themselves are amazing they never give up on my son and are always willing to help him
The staff at the practice are fantastic and will go to the extreme to help me and my son they always return calls and I am always reassured when I speak to the staff either on the phone or in person Thank you Westfield Medical Centre I actually don't know what I would do without you sometimes you are all brilliant 10 out of 10"
