"The telephone system used by the paractice is not fit or purpose, half the time you get through to be told your call can't be taken at present please call back, other times you are in a queue and I have waited up to 45 minutes why can't the phone ring and be answered without this time wasting system employed at present.
Also why have an on line system to order medications and book appointments when there are never any doctors appointments shown for you to book so you are back to the telephone system and still can't get through to book why do we have to keep trying to ring every day in the hope of getting an appointment it's like a lottery system.
When the surgery was in Butt Lane it worked fine progress has not improved the service in any way other practices seem to be working much better why take more patients when you clearly don't have the facilities or staff to deal with them"
