"Iâve been trying to make a routine appointment for my daughter for 2 months. Every time I phone up I am greeted with an annoyed receptionist who doesnât show any customer service skills and who is very rude. I am told there arenât any evening appointments so I need to ring back the following day st 10am, working full time this isnât possible, if I get a break in the day itâs not until 10:45 and by that time all the appointments are gone again. I have tried to talk to the receptionist about this who said âJ donât make the rulesâ. I told her I understand that but who else am I supposed to talk to then? She said she would pass it on but still canât give me an appointment. This has been going on for months. Clearly with a broken system you would think they would find a way to solve this issue I will be leaving this practice although I have been going here for 17 years, itâs a shame!"
