"The main problem with thus surgery is getting through on the phone and when you manage that there are never any appointments left, you can never make an appointment in advance which I find disappointing and difficult as we are all busy and need to be able to organise our lives to the best of our ability, and we never know when we are going to be ill as this can happen any time 24/7 surly we should be able to see our GP when that happens, all the better if we had a family GP who could get to know and see us on a regular basis, as we would love to get to know them too, on a better note, the Drs who I have ever seen at this surgery are always thorough and caring the nursing staff are professional and the reception staff are helpful and civil and ready with a smile. My doctor is a wonderful caring Dr. I think all the staff are doing their best with the system that's in place, it's the system that's wrong we need to see our GP's when we first have a problem, not have to wait 3 weeks."
