"It has become very difficult to get an appointment at this practice. The wait to see a doctor now seems to be a fortnight no matter how urgent the need is. Since July 2018 I have had cause to book 3 appointments and all three involved a 2 week wait.
The online booking system is pointless. It covers a 4 week booking period however when I have tried to use it only once was 1 appointment slot available which was over two weeks wait.
Previously the service provided by this Centre was good however it is now very disappointing.
Although there are 5 doctors listed and a placement doctor none of them are full time. When the sessions are worked out it is the equivalent of 3 full time doctors.
Regrettably there is only one other surgery in the area which by all accounts suffers the same issue so it seems we are stuck with this situation.
It is not surprising that people go to A&E when they are faced with thie length of wait for an appointment."
