"I have up until now let the attitude of one individual at the surgery go over my head. In all the years I have been a patient at wrafton. I now feel it is about time this is looked into.
I can only say that I find it very upsetting and was upset that I called back asking to make a complaint the lady who I spoke to the second time was so nice and calm a whole different attitude I wish I could say who but the review message says I can not name anyone, when you are trying to help a member of your family and you turn to the practice for help and then to hear on the other end of the phone a VERY POOR, COLD, NEGATIVE, NO CARE AT ALL about YOU!! I hope this is read by the right person and something will be done to change this attitude all I can say is if it was you been spoken to and treated with a cold attitude how would you feel."

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Peter Kipgen

General Practitioner

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

Dr Philip Monnery qualified from ST George’s Hospital Medical School in 1991, Undertaking a career in the Royal Air force. Initially undertaking surgical training and specialising in Ear, Nose and Throat he became a consultant in the Military in 2006. A change in life goals meant a change to general practice in 2009. He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Catherine Tuson

Qualifications - BSc, MBChB, MRCGP

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
