"After the new re-structuring that all the patients where assured would not just not impact services, would actually improve services.
They have gone down hill fast.
Taken a week and still counting to get my regular prescription. That as they know for an asthmatic, especially in this weather, is very important.
So far they have printed the wrong one, not had a GP in yet and forgot.
How can they have 5 GP's and a team of support staff, but be unable to get one prescription done in a week ? and it is even more staggering when they now have 2 more practices to rely on for help and still can't do it !
I need a GP to authorise my medication, i need my medication to breath and i do not like the alternative to breathing."
