"I would not recommend this doctors surgery to anyone at all. For 3 days (Friday, Monday and tuesday) I have been calling in since 8 am to get through for an appointment to be told there are none, and to call again at 8am the next day.
When questioning the receptionist about the fact Iâve been told this 3 days in a row they get very rude and agitated
The surgery have recently added what number you are in the que on the phone to which I was #1 in the que on the phone for 20 minutes this time before getting through to the woman who thought she could shout at me down the phone.
Trying to get an emergency appointment for 3 days and nothing... they wonder why people end up going to A&E, well itâs because the receptionists are damn right rude and donât give out appointments even if they do have them available, which I know because yesterday when I called to get an appointment the lady told me my case wasnât enough of an emergency.
I find it disgraceful and stressful which I donât need along with being pregnant"
