"Been a patient at this Surgery for 34 years and my doctor, is firstly a gentlemen and, in my opinion, the best GP by far. He has a very caring nature, he understands and listens to your problems and always totally professional.
Regarding the reception staff, I have a relative who has been in this position for 30 years now, in Dagenham. Some of the abuse she has had to endure over this period includes - being spat at, threatened with physical violence, regularly facing foul and obscene language. But she still goes to work day in and out because she loves her work and the satisfaction it gives her helping other people.
The staff at Dewey Rd unfortunately face this at times too. I know they do a wonderful job most of the time and occasionally make a mistake. These are never done on purpose - after all we're all human. We are lucky to have such a good surgery in what is a challenging location we find ourselves in now - Ladies thank you very very much."
