"I was able to get my coil fitted here in February which is something I'm very grateful for. Getting time off work is difficult and so I appreciate that I can come to my GP for contraception at a set time, rather than waiting at a family planning clinic for four hours or being referred elsewhere. If it wasn't offered at the GP, I'd likely have not been able to get this done and would be using less reliable contraceptive methods.
The doctor who fitted it for me was so helpful -- both on the telephone consultation beforehand and during the fitting and put me at ease through an uncomfortable procedure. Knowing too that I can call and arrange another appointment if something doesn't feel right is really reassuring too."
